Any veggies. Most fruits. My gluten-free chips! And of course, chocolate. I don’t care what anyone says, chocolate is healthy!!!

Love Green & Black’s Maya Gold really dark chocolate. Yeah, there’s sugar but also dark, healthy chocolate fat.

A real fun treat is a smootie made with frozen berries and skim milk. Add sweetener only if needed.

“Cheezy” kale chips – especially Katie’s homemade ones at Bradford Natural. Or almond butter and raw honey on a rice cake.
