I guess I’m contacting you for reassurance. I’ve not been to P-Town yet and now I’m having doubts as to whether I would go. It seems every FB post, blog, etc. I see from anyone about P-Town talks about “Girlsplash,” “Girl-this, ” or “Girl-that.” I live in Los Angeles. I shall turn 44 next week and have developed an aversion to any event with “Girl” in the title. Any women out there?
P-Town is starting to sound like LA picked up and moved to the east coast for the summer. I could just stay home.
Please tell me there’s still a bookstore open in P-Town. Just one. Doesn’t even have to be a Womyn’s/Wimmen’s/Wymmyn’s bookstore. Just maybe for some women who read, even just a little. Perhaps if there was an espresso machine thrown in there somewhere it would be heaven. Because a good mind is an incredibly sexy thing to waste.
Might even get me on a plane.
Much love and all the best.
