Sure, for two reasons:
1.)To see if the space buggy (vehicle the astronauts used) is there. It was made mostly of gold. If it is there, I might get a little souveneir 😉
2.)To stay, always wanted to be an ex-patriot……………hmmmmm, would that count?

No. I can’t imagine why you’d want to. I’d rather go to Hawaii. Or pretty much anywhere really. But not the moon.
