I would get active and contact my senators and house of representatives and tell them to not support HR 362 which is coming up on the floor this week. It directs President Bush to blockade Iran..AIPAC says it doesnt but read the bill. Iran may very easily construe this as
an act of war, I would try to save my country from more war by letting my congress people know I oppose this legislation.

June is an especially lovely month as my birthday occurs in the first week. Then, here in Boston, Gay Pride occurs in the second week. I turned 50 this year!!!

My wife and I rode our motorcycles in the Pride Parade in Indianapolis. 60 lesbians on loud, rumbling motorcycles lead the parade thru the dowtown streets. Very cool.

June is my birthday, my GF’s B-Day, her parents’ B-Day and on and on, so we usually bake cakes. I skipped out on Boston Pride even though they did it right on my own birthday this summer. I like the idea of it now more than the actual mass of people throwing condoms at me.(Not that they might not come in handy one day if I get lucky.Or something.)

Crayola makes a rainbow rake. You put your sidewalk chalk in the handy holders and you can make a quick rainbow anywhere. My son and I went all around our block making rainbows. Fun for the whole family and festive for gay pride. I do not work for crayold but it is perfect and washable so as not to offened the easily offended.

My favorite thing to do this June was to marry my wife of 19 years legally in California on June 17 at the Beverly Hills Courthouse. It was a fantastic feeling. June 13 is also her birthday so it was a double celebration.
