Kate I figured it all out! There is something in the water!!!! Almost all of New England has gone pro-gay marriage, the West Coaster are “too cool” for that, but they recognize a little something something as does Hawaii…. The real miracle and oddity comes with Iowa. They do not touch an ocean… but maybe there crops need some water and they are willing to give anything a try! However maybe this could finally explain there silly blue law in Fort Madison, Iowa that “The fire department is required to practice fire fighting for fifteen minutes before attending a fire.”
