The worst is declining health. All the things that that never stopped you before, cause at least a pause now. I feel old.

Waking up in the morning and feeling something different on your chin . . . only to discover that it is a hair that, when stretched to full length, is a foot long! And it was NOT there the night before. I mean, WTF? Seriously. W.T.F.?

Not being believed that I am my age. Dammit, I have earned the right to be 63. Looking back it seems I have been out forever and now hold some of that early herstory. That seems weird but it has been a blast so far.

I know what you mean. . .it doesn’t seem to change much. I will be 73 in 2 days and I still think I’m in my twenties as well. It is weird trying to figure out who that old lady in the mirror is.

Not really hard–more like ALARMING. I received a personal invitation from AARP this week…to join AARP.
