Ooo… I love Taro chips, and baked potatoe chips, but don’t allow myself to eat them but on very rare occasions – far too many carbs!!

Garden of Eden blue corn chips! I’m also really fond of flax seed chips . . . who knew? I wish that they had oodles of nutritional value so that I could feel virtuous while munching on them. Sigh. Ok, pass the salad . . .

Who doesn’t love a Lay! Remember the woman who found chips shaped like things as she worked at a potato chip plant in Indiana? I use to tour that plant every year with my class. We would slide across the floors…fun. The potato chip lady, who was famous in Indiana, was on Carson and Carson pretended to eat her chip shaped like Lincoln.

New favorite — Pop Corners. Very crunchy and not as bad as regular potato chips. Still, crunchy is good and I will eat just about any kind of chip if it is offered. I have often wondered why fried potato products exist if they are going to kill us. Proof that there is no God?
