Wow, that’s difficult to say as I’ve never counted. I have a few favorites, each of which I’ve watched more than 30 times over the years. They never get old!

Easily “Desert Hearts.” I was married with kids and figured I had to be straight. It took at least six viewings to persuade me otherwise. Being a high-spirited English professor, I identified with both Cay and Vivian.

I’m with you on this one Elizabeth- Desert Hearts- hands down. I too identified with both ladies. Plus, this movie wasn’t for the younger girls who are just toying with the idea of maybe being gay. I wish there were more mature adult movies with a good story & happy ending. Nothing more sickening than having a man screw things up at the end.

Like other responses, I’ve never actually counted. However, there are some god awful moves that I watch every time I come across them when channel surfing. These aren’t good movies and generally have no redeeming qualities at all, but nevertheless I find myself glued to them, even if I come across them when they are ending, in the middle or at the beginning. I have no explanation and no excuse for this disturbing behavior. They are: Drumline, Starship Troopers, Tremors, The Chronicles of Riddick and almost anything with Nicholas Cage.

When I was a young teen I went to see “King Creole” starring Elvis Presley every one of the 14 days it played in our little town. After my 7th day they let me in free! I was 12 or 13 and totally obsessed!

In college, some friends and I borrowed our dorm TV/VCR for about a week, set it up in my room, and watched John Waters’ ‘Cecil B. Demented’ on loop. I didn’t count how many times we watched it but I know the tape was in worse shape when we finally had enough and returned it…

Oh – that’s no brainer. I’ve seen Casablanca probably 70 times – that’s a modest guess. It was already up to 50 when I was in my 30s. And now I’m mid-way through my 50s. Here’s lookin’ at you, kid.

I have watched Imitation of Life (the one with Lana Turner and Juanita Moore) at least 40 times. It has been my favorite movie since I was 6 years old and I have watched it at least once (sometimes more) a year since then.
